I had been looking for a company that could provide both the bathroom fixtures and fittings I already had chosen, advise on the refit and carry out the work. From my first enquiry with BP&Bs, every question I had was answered professionally by Ray and David who clearly have so much experience. Every step of the way, they were excellent. I could ask questions and for advice and they would check in with me regularly. During fitting, lots of decisions needed to be made, the team were always helpful when talking through options or giving advice, for example, flooring options. Additionally, they were flexible when I changed my mind about an item and moved their work schedule around to accommodate the delay in delivery. I went to Barnet Plumbing to see if they could source and fit a complete Bathroom set for me. Several plumbers had let me down badly in the passed, I had been sent inflated quotes and most parts I looked at online, were not available. When BP&B took over my project, they were able to source and deliver all the items I needed in less than a week. During work, all the trades worked hard from start to finish. They took pride in what they were doing and had respect for my family, dogs and property. They resolved long time leaks within ceiling and walls, got rid of unnecessary pipe work and obsolete gas pipe. They even installed an outside shower mixer for the dog, who is very happy not to have a cold shower in the winter! I would recommend them anytime. Gold star plus service.

Really pleased with our new en-suite bathroom. Barnet Plumbing helped guide us around the design of our bathroom, and the selection of appliances and sanitaryware with a wide variety of stock available and much to see in the showroom. The work itself was undertaken by an experienced plumber/fitter who kept us updated on progress. The work was completed on time and we are very pleased.
